My Story
At 41, I stopped drinking and started rebuilding my confidence, my health and my life.What began as a sobriety journey became a journey back to myself. Through strength training, running, HYROX and learning to believe in myself again, I discovered that confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build.Today, I help women do the same.The Reclaim Method isn’t just about fat loss or fitness. It’s about helping women become stronger physically and mentally, so they can stop doubting themselves and start trusting what they’re capable of.Because when you build strength, you build confidence.
