Not because I didn't want more from life but because somewhere along the way, I'd stopped believing I deserved it.At 41, I'd had enough of feeling like I was watching my own life from the sidelines. I stopped drinking and slowly started rebuilding my life, one promise to myself at a time.What surprised me most wasn't the weight I lost or the fitness I gained.
It was the confidence.The confidence that came from showing up for myself, even on the days I didn't feel like it. The confidence that slowly found its way into every part of my life.
That's why I created The Reclaim Method.
